“I feel extremely sexy,” Aiken told The New York Post. “My new nose is what motivated me to choose myself and finally end my miserable marriage.”

Aiken has gained a following on TikTok, where she now boasts over 66,000 followers. Her videos often highlight her journey, showcasing her happiness post-surgery. “I wake up and feel so much happier,” Aiken shared. “I get to live the rest of my life feeling like this.”

After the coverage of her story, Aiken clarified on TikTok that her divorce proceedings had already begun before her surgery. She emphasized that her decision to undergo the rhinoplasty was not simply an impulsive reaction but rather a step toward embracing a new chapter in her life.

“I got my nose job and basically we sold our marital home,” she explained. “[It’s not like I] got a nose job and think, ‘Oh, I’m so hot I’m gonna finally divorce him.’” She insisted that she had always intended to have the surgery and funded it independently.
