How Premium Corporate Turns Licensed Brands Into Products Built for the Market

Premium Corporate combines product development, licensing, and market execution to build branded products for specialized consumer markets.

A recognizable brand can open a door, but it does not automatically make a product work. The challenge begins after the licensing agreement: understanding the customer, developing the right product, choosing the right materials, establishing a manufacturing process, and creating a route to market that makes sense for the category.

That distinction sits at the center of Premium Corporate's business. Founded in Brazil in 2013, the company has built its model around product and market development, working with established brands while developing products intended for specific consumer and professional audiences. Its portfolio has included John Deere, Ford, Komatsu, BRUDER, PBR, and other licensed and proprietary product categories.

For cofounder Bruno Soldovieri, the work is less about putting a recognizable name on an existing product and more about understanding what that name means to the people who buy it.

From Licensing to Product Development

Premium Corporate describes itself as a multidisciplinary product and market development company. Its stated focus includes design, technology, new materials, lean methodology, and new business models for markets it considers saturated or outdated.

That positioning helps explain the company's approach to licensing. A brand provides recognition and an established relationship with consumers, but the product still has to earn its place in the market.

The company's history reflects that philosophy. Its portfolio has extended across agricultural, industrial, automotive, construction, collectible, and lifestyle categories. Its listed brand relationships include John Deere in Latin America, the Ford Store in Latin America, Wirtgen Group, PBR in Brazil and the United States, Komatsu, BRUDER, and Diecast Masters Brasil.

The result is a business model that sits between licensing, product development, manufacturing coordination, and distribution.

Rather than treating licensing as the finished product, Premium Corporate uses it as the starting point for understanding what can be developed around a brand and how those products can reach the intended customer.

Understanding the Customer Behind the Brand

The most recognizable brands often have something more valuable than awareness: a defined community.

John Deere, for example, carries a relationship with agriculture and machinery. PBR connects with western and agricultural culture. BRUDER operates within the children's toy and collectible space. Those associations create expectations about what a product should look like, how it should perform, and who it should serve.

For Premium Corporate, product development therefore requires more than reproducing a logo or visual identity. The product has to make sense within the world represented by the brand.

That approach is reflected in the company's emphasis on new materials, product design, and market development. Its public company profile describes its objective as bringing design, technology, new materials, lean methodology, and new business models to markets it believes are saturated or outdated.

The underlying idea is practical: a licensed product should have a reason to exist beyond the presence of a familiar name.

Building Products Through Specialized Manufacturing

Premium Corporate does not rely on a single manufacturing model for every category. Product development can involve specialized manufacturing partners, material selection, design specifications, and quality requirements appropriate to the product.

The company's recent U.S. expansion illustrates that approach. Premium Corporate North America LLC was incorporated in Florida in July 2025, with Bruno Soldovieri and Fabricio Cunha Machado Tozzi listed as authorized members in Florida corporate records.

The U.S. operation represents a new market for a company whose roots remain in Brazil. Public company information identifies Premium Corporate as headquartered in São Paulo and operating as a privately held company founded in 2013.

That expansion also shows how product development and market development can operate together. Developing a product for one market does not automatically mean it will succeed in another. Retail structure, customer expectations, distribution channels, pricing, and category positioning can all change.

For a company working with licensed brands, those decisions become part of the product itself.

From Product Creation to Market Execution

Premium Corporate's public profile includes three broad areas: brand collections, import and distribution of collectibles, and import and distribution of toy brands.

That range is significant because it means the company does not view product creation in isolation.

A product needs a route to the customer. A distribution strategy needs products that fit the channel. A licensed collection needs to respect the identity of the brand while still giving consumers a reason to purchase it.

The company has developed distribution experience in Brazil through dealership networks, ecommerce operations, and online marketplaces. Its recent U.S. expansion adds another layer to that experience, with Premium Corporate North America preparing to distribute its PBR leather collection through specialty western retailers, Amazon, and direct ecommerce channels.

The PBR project is therefore more than a new product collection. It demonstrates the company's broader process of taking an established brand, developing products around it, and building a route into a new market.

Bruno Soldovieri's Role in the Model

Bruno Soldovieri's professional background is closely connected to that process. His public profile identifies him with Premium Corporate and describes experience in international negotiations, marketing strategy, business strategy, and business intelligence.

As Premium Corporate expands internationally, that combination becomes relevant. Market development requires decisions about which products belong in a market, how they should be positioned, and how distribution should be structured.

The company's U.S. operation is one example. Premium Corporate North America was established in Florida in 2025, providing the structure for the company's American activities.

The objective is not simply to bring Brazilian products into another country. It is to adapt the company's product development and licensing experience to a different commercial environment.

A Business Built Around the Product's Full Journey

Premium Corporate's evolution reflects a broader shift in how licensed products can be developed. The license may provide access to a recognizable brand, but the value of the finished product depends on what happens afterward.

Design has to reflect the market. Materials have to suit the intended use. Manufacturing has to meet the required standards. Distribution has to reach the right customer. And the product ultimately has to stand on its own merits.

That is the space Premium Corporate has occupied since its founding in 2013.

Its current U.S. expansion provides a new test of that model, while its established portfolio in Brazil and Latin America provides the foundation from which the company is expanding.

For Premium Corporate, the work is ultimately about turning brand recognition into something tangible: products that fit a market, serve a purpose, and give consumers a reason to choose them.
